We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Distribution Supervisor Assistant in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution operations and logistics, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Distribution Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the distribution center
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Supervise a team of distribution staff and provide training and support as needed
- Implement and maintain safety procedures in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve distribution processes and efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
