We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the distribution team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the distribution process
- Communicate with internal teams to coordinate distribution activities
- Train, mentor, and supervise distribution staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in distribution or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
