We are looking for a skilled Distribution Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer goods industry and possess strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the distribution of products to various retailers and outlets in Dubai
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent delays
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and supervise distribution staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and distribution activities
- Address any issues or concerns related to distribution operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to coordinate distribution efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in distribution or logistics management
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs procedures in Dubai
