We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of agricultural products to various locations within Dubai and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of distribution staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of agricultural products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the distribution process
- Prepare reports on distribution activities and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of agricultural products and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid UAE driver's license
