Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of cargo, maintaining dock areas, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Dock Worker will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery to move cargo safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from ships, trucks, and storage facilities, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
- Inspect cargo for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area, including sweeping, removing debris, and ensuring proper storage of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Assist in inventory control by accurately counting and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to dock operations and safety procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of dock equipment as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dock worker or in a similar role within the energy sector.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other heavy machinery; certification preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in dock operations.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
