We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all project documents in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference
- Ensure all documents are up to date and comply with company standards and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather necessary documents and information
- Track and monitor document changes and revisions
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Provide support to team members on document management processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with document control policies and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control or a similar role
- Proficiency in document management software and systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of document control best practices and procedures
