We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dog Behaviorist to join our team in Dubai. As a Dog Behaviorist in the construction industry, you will be responsible for assessing and modifying the behavior of dogs on construction sites to ensure the safety and well-being of both the dogs and the construction workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of dogs on construction sites to identify any behavioral issues
- Developing and implementing behavior modification plans to address any problematic behaviors
- Providing training and guidance to construction workers on how to interact with dogs in a safe and respectful manner
- Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to create dog-friendly environments on construction sites
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of behavior modification plans and adjusting as needed
- Educating construction workers on the importance of proper dog handling and care
- Keeping detailed records of each dog's behavior and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior, Veterinary Science, or a related field
- Certification in Dog Behavior or a similar field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Dog Behaviorist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of canine behavior and training techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for animal welfare and advocacy
