We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dog Behaviorist to join our team in Dubai. As a Dog Behaviorist, you will be responsible for assessing and modifying dog behavior to improve their overall well-being and ensure harmonious relationships between pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to understand the root causes of a dog's behavioral issues
- Developing and implementing personalized behavior modification plans for each individual dog
- Providing training and guidance to dog owners on how to reinforce positive behaviors and address negative behaviors
- Monitoring progress and adjusting behavior modification plans as needed
- Collaborating with veterinarians and other animal care professionals to ensure holistic care for the dogs
- Keeping detailed records of assessments, behavior modification plans, and progress reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior, Psychology, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience as a Dog Behaviorist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and training techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Certification in dog training or behavior modification is a plus
