Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Groomer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist experienced dog groomers in providing high-quality grooming services for a variety of breeds. This role is perfect for individuals who love dogs and are looking to build a career in the pet grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead groomers in bathing, drying, and brushing dogs to ensure they are clean and well-groomed.
- Help in maintaining a safe and organized workspace, including cleaning grooming tools and equipment.
- Support the grooming team in preparing dogs for grooming sessions, including handling and restraining dogs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
- Monitor dogs during grooming sessions to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of grooming services and any specific care instructions provided by pet owners.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking grooming supplies and notifying the supervisor when supplies are low.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve grooming skills and knowledge of dog breeds and grooming techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with dogs, preferably in a grooming or pet care environment (1-3 years).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
- A genuine love for animals and a basic understanding of dog behavior and grooming needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
- Basic knowledge of grooming tools and equipment is a plus, but not required.
