Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional grooming services to a variety of dog breeds. As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our furry clients while delivering outstanding customer service to their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and styling according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Assess the condition of each dog’s coat and skin to recommend appropriate grooming techniques and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and advice on pet care and grooming maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends, as well as any relevant health and safety regulations.
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care.
- Handle dogs safely and comfortably, ensuring their well-being and minimizing stress throughout the grooming process.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional dog grooming experience preferred.
- Certification in dog grooming or completion of a recognized grooming training program is a plus.
- Proven experience in handling various dog breeds and temperaments.
- Strong understanding of grooming techniques, tools, and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Passion for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift medium to large dogs as needed.
