We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Drilling Engineer Assistant in the field of Agriculture. The Drilling Engineer Assistant will work closely with the Drilling Engineer to assist in planning, designing, and executing drilling operations to support agricultural development projects in Al Ain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and design of drilling programs for irrigation wells, monitoring wells, and other agricultural projects
- Coordinate with drilling contractors and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess drilling conditions
- Assist in the preparation of drilling reports, technical documents, and project proposals
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize drilling processes and improve project outcomes
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and problem-solving

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in drilling engineering or related field
- Knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and technologies used in agricultural projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software applications
