We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Engineer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling operations and engineering, with a focus on retail drilling projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan drilling programs for retail drilling projects
- Coordinate drilling operations and ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently
- Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other engineers and team members to ensure project success
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on drilling sites
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in drilling technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
