We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Drug Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Drug Rehabilitation Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, with a focus on helping them overcome their addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments to determine the client's specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address issues related to substance abuse and addiction
- Monitoring and documenting the client's progress throughout the rehabilitation process
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for the client
- Educating clients and their families on the effects of substance abuse and the importance of maintaining sobriety
- Connecting clients with community resources and support groups to enhance their recovery journey
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) certification preferred
