Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Drug Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Construction industry. The Drug Rehabilitation Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues within the construction workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of addiction and recovery, as well as experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals seeking rehabilitation services
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide counseling and support to individuals in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the rehabilitation process
- Provide education on addiction, recovery, and coping skills to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay current on best practices and trends in addiction treatment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience working in drug rehabilitation or a related field
- Certification or licensure as a Drug Rehabilitation Counselor
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
