We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dry Cleaner to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect garments for stains or damage and determine the appropriate cleaning method
- Operate dry cleaning machines and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow proper cleaning techniques and procedures to ensure high-quality results
- Iron and press garments as needed
- Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of their clothing items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory and supplies, and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dry Cleaner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their cleaning requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in dry cleaning or related field
- Experience working in a retail environment
