Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Installer Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi's manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will assist experienced drywall installers in the installation and finishing of drywall, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drywall installers in measuring, cutting, and installing drywall sheets according to project specifications.
- Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available.
- Help in the application of tape and joint compound to drywall seams and corners to create a smooth finish.
- Support the installation of insulation and other materials as directed by lead installers.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and cleaned after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the transportation of materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or lead installers.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or drywall installation is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of drywall installation techniques and tools is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in drywall installation or construction.
