We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ecologist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Ecologist will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on the impact of healthcare practices on the environment, as well as developing strategies to minimize negative effects and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ecological surveys and assessments to evaluate the impact of healthcare facilities on local ecosystems
- Develop and implement conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of healthcare operations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate eco-friendly practices into patient care and facility management
- Monitor and analyze data on environmental trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Educate staff and patients on the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability in healthcare

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in ecological research and analysis
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability in healthcare
