We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Economist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Economist in analyzing data and trends in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research and analyzing economic data related to the retail sector in Dubai.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations on economic trends and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Economist to develop economic models and forecasts for the retail industry.
- Monitor and track key economic indicators that may impact the retail sector.
- Support in preparing economic impact assessments for new retail projects and initiatives.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on economic developments and trends in the global retail industry.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Economist.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and economic modeling.
- Knowledge of economic theories and principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
