Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing educational programs and training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, partners, and customers. This role requires a collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for education and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and educational materials tailored to the needs of the consumer goods market, ensuring alignment with industry trends and company objectives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees, partners, and customers, using effective teaching methods and tools to maximize learning outcomes.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization and its stakeholders, utilizing surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to gather relevant data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure that educational initiatives support overall business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve future initiatives.
- Resource Management: Manage the educational resources budget, including the procurement of materials, tools, and technology needed for training programs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training activities, participation rates, and learning outcomes to senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Industry Liaison: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings in the consumer goods sector to ensure our training programs remain current and relevant.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development journeys.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in educational program development, training coordination, or a related role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
