We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Manager to join our Real Estate team based in Dubai. The Education Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of our employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization, including orientation for new hires, leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance training.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training materials are up to date and easily accessible to employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in education and training to continuously improve the organization's learning and development programs.
- Work closely with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions to leverage resources and expertise.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members involved in training and development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
