Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Education Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our education programs in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The Education Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the educational programs, including curriculum development, staff management, budgeting, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs in line with industry standards and requirements
- Manage a team of educators and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of all programs
- Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and educational institutions to enhance program offerings
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Lead strategic planning and development of new education initiatives
- Support the professional development of staff through training and mentorship programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
