We are seeking an experienced Education Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education operations and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality educational programs and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the delivery of educational programs and services
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the education department, including budget management, resource allocation, and staff supervision
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of education initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and services, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education operations or management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
