We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation within residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems in properties to ensure safety and functionality
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including replacing faulty wiring, transformers, and circuit breakers
- Install new electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local building codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid UAE driving license
