We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Dispatcher to join our team in Dubai. As an Emergency Dispatcher, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to emergency calls, dispatching appropriate resources, and providing critical support to ensure the safety and security of our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize emergency calls from customers, employees, and security personnel
- Gather essential information and details about the emergency situation
- Dispatch emergency response units, such as security guards, police, or medical services, to the location of the emergency
- Monitor and track the status and location of response units
- Provide guidance and support to callers to ensure their safety and well-being
- Coordinate with other departments and agencies as needed to resolve emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and dispatch activities
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling emergency situations
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and protocols related to emergency dispatching

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in emergency dispatching or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with emergency dispatching systems and technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in emergency dispatching or a related field is required (minimum of 2 years)
