We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Employee Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits program for our employees in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee benefits strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with employees about their benefits options and provide guidance on selecting the best options for their needs
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related paperwork and payments
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in employee benefits and make recommendations for improvements to our programs
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in employee benefits management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification is a plus
