Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Endocrinologist to join our innovative healthcare team in Dubai, specifically within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endocrine disorders, patient care, and a passion for improving the health and wellness of our community. As an Endocrinologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions while collaborating with real estate professionals to create wellness-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with various endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and reproductive hormone imbalances.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess hormonal levels and manage complex cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nutritionists, and real estate professionals, to develop comprehensive wellness programs that address the health needs of residents and employees in our properties.
- Provide expert consultations and ongoing care for patients, ensuring they understand their conditions and treatment options.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote awareness of endocrine health and wellness initiatives, particularly within the context of real estate developments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in endocrinology to provide the highest standard of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in clinical research projects aimed at improving endocrine health and wellness in real estate environments.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Endocrinology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical endocrinology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the relationships between health and the built environment, particularly in the context of real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and community wellness initiatives.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare software.
