### Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Endocrinologist to join our innovative team in the aerospace and defense sector in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and advanced technology, focusing on the endocrine health of personnel involved in critical missions and operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized medical care and treatment for patients with endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess the health status of personnel and provide tailored recommendations for optimal endocrine health in high-stress environments.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests to determine the nature and extent of endocrine disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including pharmacological interventions, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at understanding the impact of aerospace and defense-related stressors on endocrine function and overall health.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about endocrine health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in endocrinology and aerospace health, integrating new findings into clinical practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Support the development and implementation of health and wellness programs that address the unique needs of personnel in the aerospace and defense fields.

### Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Endocrinology is required.
- Minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience in endocrinology, preferably in a clinical or research setting.
- Experience in working with patients in high-stress or specialized environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the physiological and psychological impacts of aerospace and defense operations on endocrine health.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and engage with patients.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
