We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Analyst to join our team in Sharjah within the Financial Services industry. The Energy Efficiency Analyst will be responsible for analyzing energy usage data, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and developing strategies to optimize energy consumption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct on-site energy audits to assess current energy usage and identify potential savings
- Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and initiatives to reduce energy consumption
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of energy efficiency measures and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay current on energy industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize energy savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote energy efficiency awareness and engagement throughout the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in energy efficiency analysis and implementation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of energy management systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is a plus
