We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Efficiency Analyst to join our team in Sharjah. The Energy Efficiency Analyst will be responsible for analyzing energy usage data, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and implementing strategies to reduce energy consumption in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze energy usage data from retail stores in Sharjah.
- Identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop strategies for reducing energy consumption.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to implement energy efficiency measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of energy efficiency initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on energy usage and cost savings to management.
- Stay current on energy efficiency trends and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in energy efficiency analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of energy management systems and software is a plus.
