We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Program Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and extensive experience in managing energy programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy programs and initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of energy programs, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of energy programs
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support program objectives
- Analyze data and provide insights on energy usage trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the development of energy efficiency strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in energy management and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in energy program management or related field
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
- Knowledge of energy management systems and technologies
- Experience working in the energy industry or with government energy programs is a plus
