We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Program Operations Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. As the Energy Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the energy program within the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy conservation strategies and initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving projects and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with energy suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective energy procurement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international energy regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on energy consumption, savings, and program performance to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of energy conservation practices and technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
