We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and a strong understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering operations within the agriculture sector, including managing a team of engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering operations with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and ongoing operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Handle any technical issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering operations, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think strategically.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
