We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and managing a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the engineering department
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination on projects
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the engineering department remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in engineering operations management or a related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects
- Experience working in the Information Technology industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
