We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations within our Aerospace and Defense division. This includes managing a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns as they arise
- Maintain a high level of quality and safety standards in all engineering operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into engineering operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in engineering operations, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
