We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental Program Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Environmental Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of environmental programs within our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental programs to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact within our retail operations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of environmental programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through environmental initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of environmental program coordinators and specialists
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support environmental initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations on environmental program performance for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental program management, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing environmental programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management and budgeting
