We are seeking an experienced Environmental Program Operations Manager to oversee and manage environmental programs within our construction company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and sustainability practices, as well as proven experience in managing operations within a construction setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainability within the organization
- Manage environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address environmental issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of environmental programs and initiatives
- Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental best practices and compliance requirements
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in environmental management to continuously improve programs and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management experience
