We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Epidemiologist Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Epidemiologist Assistant will work closely with our Epidemiologist to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the health and safety of our employees in the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting epidemiological studies to monitor and assess the health status of employees
- Collect and analyze data on workplace hazards, injuries, and illnesses
- Assist in investigating and reporting on outbreaks of infectious diseases or other health issues in the workplace
- Collaborate with other members of the health and safety team to develop strategies for preventing and controlling health risks
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on epidemiological findings for management and regulatory agencies
- Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in epidemiology and public health
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in epidemiology or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations is a plus
