We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Equipment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, calibration, and performance of all equipment used in the production and testing of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive equipment maintenance program to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of new equipment and spare parts.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Train and supervise a team of technicians and engineers to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Manage the budget for equipment maintenance and repairs, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical equipment.
