We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in equipment operations and management, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment operations programs and processes to ensure efficient and effective utilization of equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment within the real estate portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess equipment needs and develop strategies for equipment procurement
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage equipment vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service
- Develop and maintain equipment inventory and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to equipment operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment operations and management
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to equipment operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
