We are seeking an experienced Ergonomist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ergonomics and a passion for promoting health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct ergonomic assessments in healthcare settings to identify potential risks and develop solutions to improve employee comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design ergonomic workspaces and equipment that support proper body mechanics and reduce the risk of injury.
- Provide training and education to healthcare staff on proper ergonomics techniques and practices.
- Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in ergonomics.
- Develop and implement ergonomic programs and initiatives to promote employee wellness and productivity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ergonomics, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in ergonomics is a plus.
