We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ESL Program Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of English as a Second Language (ESL) programs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ESL programs for employees within the consumer goods industry
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess language proficiency levels and identify learning needs
- Design curriculum and lesson plans tailored to meet the specific needs of employees
- Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Organize and facilitate ESL classes, workshops, and training sessions
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote and encourage participation in ESL programs
- Evaluate program outcomes and provide regular reports to track progress and measure success
- Stay current on best practices in ESL instruction and incorporate new methodologies as appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English language instruction and curriculum development
- Knowledge of language assessment tools and techniques
