Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector in Dubai. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized skincare treatments and personal grooming services to our clients, ensuring they maintain a polished and professional appearance. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing the well-being and confidence of personnel working in a high-stakes industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Skincare Consultation: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes. Provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products.

- Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and specialized treatments tailored to individual skin needs.

- Body Treatments: Offer body treatments such as wraps, scrubs, and massages to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety in all procedures.

- Hair Removal Services: Provide professional hair removal services using techniques such as waxing and threading, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.

- Makeup Application: Offer makeup application services for both everyday looks and special events, utilizing high-quality products that enhance clients' natural beauty.

- Client Education: Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to help them achieve their skincare goals. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare technology.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an extensive knowledge of skincare products, tools, and equipment. Recommend and sell products to clients to support their skincare regimens.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment history, preferences, and results, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals in the facility, including healthcare personnel and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and enhance overall service quality.

- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service.

Qualifications:

- Certified Esthetician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in esthetics or skincare, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus but not mandatory.
