We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and submission of cost estimates for healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in healthcare estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project specifications and drawings to understand project requirements
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for cost estimates
- Analyzing labor, material, and equipment costs to develop accurate estimates
- Preparing detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for healthcare projects
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Monitoring project budgets and providing ongoing support to project managers
- Assisting with contract negotiations and change order management
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to estimating activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in healthcare estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
