We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the estimating process for energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project specifications and drawings to understand project requirements
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Analyzing cost factors to prepare detailed and accurate estimates
- Preparing and submitting competitive bids on time
- Managing the estimating database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with project managers to review and update estimates as required
- Assisting in negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Providing support during the project execution phase as needed
- Conducting post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in estimating for energy projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
