We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the estimating team in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for retail projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate competitive rates
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of pricing information and vendor contacts
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimating processes
- Track and report on project costs, variances, and profitability
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing project budgets and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Support the estimating team in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in estimating or project coordination in the retail industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
