We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team in the agriculture sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs to improve the physical health and well-being of our employees working in various agricultural settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments and evaluations to determine the physical fitness levels of employees
- Developing personalized exercise programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual
- Providing instruction on proper exercise techniques and ensuring safe and effective workout routines
- Monitoring and tracking progress of employees throughout the duration of the exercise program
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nutritionists and physical therapists, to create comprehensive wellness plans
- Educating employees on the importance of regular exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
- Certification as an Exercise Physiologist from a recognized organization
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in a corporate or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals
