We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our healthcare facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing maintenance programs in a healthcare setting and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all healthcare facilities, including preventative maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work that minimally impacts patient care and operations
- Manage the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to facilitate maintenance work as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to healthcare facility maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
