Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance of our aerospace and defense facilities in Dubai. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of all buildings, equipment, and systems within the facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruption to operations.
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the maintenance of facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
