We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our educational facilities to create a safe and comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance projects
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events and activities
- Participate in emergency response procedures as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
