We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing facilities within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
- Respond to maintenance requests from employees and address issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance work
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on progress to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driver's license
